Leadership
While some people may have innate leadership qualities, it is still important for the correct environment to be supplied for these to develop. There are a number of key areas within an organisation which can help to provide this environment such as; the correct culture, strong direction setting, alignment of people, and a high level of motivation and inspiration. If a shared vision is developed through strong leadership an organisation will be more successful. These key areas all play a role in the development of a culture which is aimed toward distributed leadership across all levels. The Paterson North “adaptive solutions” approach helps to identify and foster a culture of leadership for individuals and organisations.
Team Building
Working in teams can be a challenging and very rewarding experience. However groups which do not co-operate and fail to become a team can be a negative influence and detrimental to an individuals and organisations success. Paterson North can deliver workshops and training programs to develop better teams through self awareness and leadership.
